Spanish Riding school
His leg position is better like that then mine is normally. God
Don’t the riders of the Spanish Riding school have to complete a pretty intense and long phase of ground work before they’re even allowed to ride the horses? Am I way off here? Regardless, I really admire haute ecole and how much training they put in with their horses!
They generally have at least 2 years on a lunge line. They’re not allowed to even think about touching the reins. They have to develop a completely independent seat.
And notice that he doesn’t have stirrups. If I’m correct they’re not allowed to ever have stirrups.
Think how great our positions would be if we we all did a training program like that

Can someone tell me what happened after this..lol, did he just hang there or…?
The horse isn’t resting on the poles, the picture was taken just before he fell onto them (notice reins, stirrups, tail, etc. all still flying up in the air).
